Salon Cancellation Policy

Our salon operates on a fully reservation-based system.

We kindly request that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made by the business hours two days prior to your reservation (by 9:00 PM on weekdays, and by 6:00 PM on weekends and public holidays). You may notify us via online booking, phone, or email.
Please note that cancellations made the day before or on the day of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee as follows:

  • For cancellations made the day before the appointment, you will be charged 30% of the service fee.

  • For cancellations made on the day of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

In cases where no prior notice of cancellation is given, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Regarding Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
However, we regret to inform you that if you arrive after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten the duration of your service or, in some cases, refuse the appointment altogether.
(Please note that even if the service is shortened, the full menu price will be charged.)

Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment due to scheduling conflicts with other clients. In such cases, 50% of the service fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
